1. Terms of Use
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Routesy ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
1.2 License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices allowed by your selected tier (Free, Pro, or Squad). Each tier defines specific limits for projects, devices, and features as described on our pricing page.
1.3 Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share your license key with third parties. The exception is the Squad tier, which is designed for team use and may be shared among team members within a single organization. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
1.4 Device Limits
Each license tier allows activation on a limited number of devices. If you reach the device limit, you must deactivate an existing device before activating a new one, or upgrade your tier.
1.5 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
1.6 Subscriptions & Billing
All plans are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
1.7 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Software will be revoked and activated devices will be deactivated.
1.8 Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding any claim.
1.9 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account: name, email address, and payment details (processed by Stripe). When you activate a license, we collect a device fingerprint and device name for license management.
2.2 How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: provide and maintain the Software, process payments and manage subscriptions, enforce license terms and device limits, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, license updates), and improve the Software.
2.3 Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your credit card information. Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections.
2.4 Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
2.5 Issue Reports
When you submit a bug report through the desktop app, we collect the report description, application logs, app version, and operating system information to help us diagnose and fix issues.
2.6 Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, licenses, and device records will be permanently removed.
